Employee selection process

Thank you for your interest in our company and we hope that you will contact us. MCS Group practices OPEN policy in employee selection and welcomes everybody who is willing to explore new challenges, become part of the team, and be able to adopt company culture.

Selection procedures:

I stage: Application fill-in and submission

II stage: PST test

If the applicant meets initial requirements, he/she is required to take PST test.

III stage: First interviewing

If PST is successful, interested candidates are invited for an interview.

IV stage: Comprehensive (professional) interview

If the first interview is successful, interested candidates are invited for a comprehensive interview (or additional tests).

V stage: Final acceptance/refusal
